Great friendly neighbors, spacious apartments, live-in super is great and communicative
Upper management is a nightmare and is a diceroll if they respond. Rent prices are outrageous. Pest control is pretty bad, laundry machines are constantly breaking down
Take care of your tenants if you're charging them an arm and a leg for rent.
