Large building basically a frat house

Pros

It’s a big building with very flexible layouts. It’s super affordable and has great amenities and large space

Cons

Elevators never work. There’s always construction and the laundry room is a total mess and always costs you double. It’s very young so expect drunk people and trash that doesn’t get cleaned up around hallways and elevators. Leasing office is very rude and unhelpful after they get you to sign
