    awful rumbling at all times

    Pros:
    Location is nice and the layout is nice
    Cons:
    It is above an HVAC unit for the pizza place and there is a constant thumping and rumbling, enough that a glass of water vibrates out from the center like Jurrasic Park
    Advice to owner:
    buy the pizza place below and tear it down
