Building Management and Super are non responsive

Pros:
The building is quiet.
Cons:
The building management team is completely inept. For example, I have lived here for almost a month and still have no access to the building portal. For requests so far have been made - crickets! The Super is also absent and does not respond to email requests. The doormen can be hit or miss. Also, all packages, even grocery and food deliveries, must be left in the lobby. It is frustrating to have to use a luggage cart to bring groceries to your unit. The gym is tiny.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company.
