Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 380 Rector Place praise the building's cleanliness, strong water pressure, pest control, and the friendly, responsive staff, especially the concierge. Residents value the great location and well-maintained common areas. However, some mention dated units, thin walls impacting noise levels, and limited laundry machines. Notably, the pool remains closed with no reopening plans, and the gym's outdated equipment and extra fees are drawbacks. Renters highlight challenges with property management responsiveness and the complexities of dealing with both owners and renters. Overall, it's a well-kept building with excellent amenities but could benefit from updates and improved management communication.

Best building I’ve lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is fantastic
Cons:
Only thing I didn’t like was the individual condo owner, which can vary on the unit. Building was amazing though.

Pleasant Experience Few issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Concierge was great. Many lovely families in the building. The building does have a pool but you have to pay extra to use.
Cons:
Thin walls, not enough laundry machines. Gym isn’t worth the amenity fees. Outdated equipment and not enough.
