New building but nightmare management and weird hotel situation

Management is horrible. Everything seems to be run by a group of 20 year olds who have zero clue what they are doing (Aura). Completely unresponsive, building already falling apart after being open for only a few months. Extremely cheap construction. Sketchy tenants. There’s also a new hotel connected to the building and for some reason they let the hotel guests use the residents gym and loiter in our lobby and use other amenities that tenants pay a lot for. Also some sketchy illegal short term rental situation going on on the PH floors which management absolutely knows about and actively supports.
