Clean, great front desk team, close to transit

They use to feature the basement gym rock climbing wall a lot, but you were never allowed to use it due to insurance.

Rooftop is nice. Cheap looking but its ok.

This building seems like it would be a great place to live from the outside but it is not. Things are dirty. When I moved in there was hair everywhere, chipped painting, scratched bathtub, floors were peeling and when I complained it took them more than 2 weeks to actually fix these things. The people who work there like the front desk people are amazing, but maintenance is unresponsive you have to call them a million times and they won't show up!

I had to get a white noise machine to sleep and that helped a lot. I was in an alcove studio and I could hear a lot from the living room (near the window) and the hallway. Everything else about the building was fine but if noise bothers you I wouldn’t do it.
