Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 100 Maiden Lane, Manhattan, highlight its superb location near multiple subway stations and decent-sized apartments ideal for FiDi living. Tenants appreciate friendly doormen, package services, and amenities like a gym and roof deck, though the gym is often described as small or in need of improvement. Common positive notes include quiet neighbors, clean common areas, and generally good pest control. However, criticisms focus heavily on slow, unresponsive management and maintenance, frequent equipment malfunctions (laundry, elevators, AC), occasional cleanliness issues, and concerns over mold in some units. Many renters feel rent prices are high relative to the aging building condition and urge management to invest in better upkeep and tenant relations.

Great Place to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing doormen, great little gym that’s free. Really responsive with maintenance requests! Never had an issue with cleanliness.
Cons:
Only cons would be often doormen leave late at night and not come back for a bit, laundry rooms get full easily and the roof deck is closed in the winter. The area itself isn’t amazing but the building is great.
