Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 180 Water Street in Manhattan highlight its modern luxury appeal with exceptional cleanliness, well-maintained amenities like gym, pool, and rooftop, and attentive doorman and concierge services. Residents appreciate the prime FiDi location and frequent community events. Noise intrusion and thin walls are recurring concerns, alongside management responsiveness being inconsistent, particularly regarding tenant complaints and rent hikes. Additional fees for amenities like the pool and occasional disorganized package room are noted drawbacks. While the building offers a high-quality living experience with fast maintenance, renters should be mindful of the high costs and potential noise issues before deciding.

180 Water st.
Former Tenant
Pros:
- hot water is great - clean - a lot of events for the tenants - great amenities - responsive maintenance
Cons:
Just got bought out by a new management and they are adding a TON of new amenities. Amazing but we will probably get pushed out of here with the rent increase
Advice to owner:
Keep it up
