-clean -smells good -good bang for your buck, lots of events - nice doormen
Cons:
-package room can be a little disorganized from time to time - had an issue with one appliance but that’s all

-CLEAN -smells good -worth your rent-fun events for tenants and freebies - friendly doormen
Cons:
- I think the building was recently bought out by a new management, this was not really communicated to the tenants which is kind of consistent with their 50/50 communication - peletons in the gym have been broken forever no one seems to be doing anything - have to pay for the pool
Advice to owner:
Be a little more responsive, otherwise keep it up I love living here!
