Luxurious Amenities with cramped apartments

Pros:
The amenities are really good and the building overall feels very premium. Everything from lobby, to elevators and common spaces are very appealing. It has grand lounges on roofdeck. Amenities are plentiful like bowling alley, pool table, spa, games room etc. The staff are very nice and prompt.
Cons:
Apartments are not very big and many have awkward layouts. The rent is also pretty expensive.
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent please
