Avoid at all costs. Management is inept and unresponsive. History of poor, rude supers who cannot deliver on basic tasks. Persistent rat issues.

Nice of you can get a rent controlled apt

Rent controlled and centrally located to transportation.
Cons:
South Street Seaport shuts down at night. So neighborhood is a sort of dead at night.
Advice to owner:
Please maintain the building including appliances, which were super old.
