    Lots of space
    Cons:
    Lower floors were very loud, kitchen had no window. Required us to use a Guarantor due to 1 roommate being in school despite other roommates more than covering his share.

    Cons:
    Absolutely no heat in the winter and no contact with landlord. I was freezing the entire winter.
