Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 135 William Street in Manhattan highlight spacious units with high ceilings and clean, well-maintained common areas. The building benefits from excellent subway access and a helpful super. Many appreciate the quiet elevators and good pest control. However, heating issues during winter are a recurring concern, with some renters experiencing cold apartments and slow landlord responses. Noise from the nearby street and occasional unruly neighbors detract from the living experience, especially on lower floors. While the management is generally responsive, some renters note delays and communication gaps. Overall, it is a solid option for those valuing space and location in FiDi.

Solid no frills building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of space
Cons:
Lower floors were very loud, kitchen had no window. Required us to use a Guarantor due to 1 roommate being in school despite other roommates more than covering his share.
