    Awful, awful ownership
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and the elevator to the unit rocks.
    Cons:
    The ownership for our apartment was AWFUL. We lost running water and did not receive a response for a full 6 days until we called 311 to report it. They should be ashamed.
    Advice to owner:
    Be better.
