106 South Street (aka 156 Beekman Street) - Best Rental I’ve Had

Pros

The management / ownership is very responsive and quick to address any issues. The units are spacious and have efficient floor plans. There is zero noise from the surrounding area and FDR. Neighbors are very nice and outgoing. Neighborhood is A+++.

Cons

No cons whatsoever. Maybe a little pricey on a PSF basis compared to FiDi generally, but worth it.

I wouldn’t really change anything. Nice job.
