    Loud bar and rats

    Lots of space
    Cons:
    There is a rat problem and a college bar on the ground floor that blasts heavy bass all night

    Apt redone inside
    Cons:
    Although apt redone the heating/ac unit was never replaced as requested. My family got extremely ill even hospitalized. We had it tested and turns out it was the worst kind of black mold throughout building. One tested by us and presented .. owners denied and didn’t tell others in building
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the building and tenants. Take responsibility and make things better rather than denying
