    great building, responsive super

    Pros:
    nice apts and responsive super. honestly loved it here and rlly no big complaints
    Cons:
    garbage sometimes smelled, water pipes issues once issues sometimes but always resolved quickly, heat sometimes turned on/off a bit too slowly in the year
