    Massively spacious loft with minimal issues, great super
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -Huge space
    -Tons of light
    -Daily trash pickup
    -No pests
    -Excellent super
    -Very quiet / floors are sound insulated
    -Location has access to all major subway lines
    -In unit laundry
    Cons:
    -Elevator is slow
    -3 bathrooms for five beds, with one half of the unit less well served
