    Prime spot in Ctown!!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location is amazing, superintendent is very responsive, regular garbage disposal. Neighbors are nice (it's a family building)- many of them have been living in rent-stabilized units for years.
    Cons:
    Older walk-up building as expected in this part of Ctown, ongoing fight with mice & roaches.
