    Great landlord very sweet

    Pros:
    Lots of contact with the landlord who with his family live in the building
    Cons:
    This is a very congested neighborhood so there can be roaches , best to seal any cracks in the wall or floor

    Stuart is a truly phenomenal landlord. He is very responsive to any issues and beyond reasonable.
    Cons:
    Nothing beyond what you will typically get for a pre-war building like this in the area.
