Good family environment. Old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good neighbors, nice area with acess to transportation and restaurants. Landlord is very responsive
Cons:
The occasional pests, a little difficult to get packages
Advice to owner:
Hire exterminator to come to the building once a month or so.
