Good units / poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great price for the area
- nice units very authentic
- location is very practical
Cons:
- no super
- common area never clean
- building has power issues cause very old
- pretty messy landlord that is a bit old fashioned and not very organised
- if you have an issue to be fixed it can be long and painful .... ( 3 months without heat and hot water during winter ... it took 3 months to fix ) - as there is no super and they manage multiple buildings by themselves it can be a real struggle sometimes.
Advice to owner:
- get a super to help you to manage that building .... Those units are great but it’s too much work for just you
