Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 109 Madison Street highlight the building's prime location but express significant concerns. Tenants mention repeated heating and hot water issues, safety concerns due to disruptive neighbors, frequent pest problems, and poor management responsiveness. Despite some positives like convenience and nearby amenities, the consensus leans towards advising caution, with suggestions for proactive maintenance, better pest control, and improved communication from management. Overall, while the area may appeal to many, prospective renters are urged to carefully consider these drawbacks before committing to this building.

Management Company Does Not Take Care of Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great
Cons:
I went without heat and hot water numerous times and there were multiple crazy guys that lived there with cops coming in and out of building often. Lots of fighting, windows breaking, and no improvements.
Advice to owner:
The building is not safe.
