    This is real Chinatown
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to Canal/Orchard/Essex, LES, Financial District F,B,D,4,5,6 trains
    Cons:
    Dirty, loud -Manahttan Bridge is right outside!
    Also, people smoke and spit in the hallways...

    NO HEAT IN WINTER JUST IN THE MORNING AND EVENING FOR A COUPLE HOURS!
    Advice to owner:
    Clean the hallway. Have heat in the winter, not just for two hours in the morning and evening!
