    Not bad for China town

    Cheap, good neighbors, not bed apartments
    Cons:
    Terrible manegment and sometimes bugs

    New management is so much better

    Pros:
    Building is in a cool area. Units are nicely redone. People are friendly. New management is a huge improvement over the past one.
    Cons:
    Hallways are a little dar
    Advice to owner:
    Brighten up the hallways and clean the common areas better
