    Charming and gross

    Pros:
    This street is quiet in a bustling area and very safe as theres a school across the street. The rooms are big for this city. Super is very sweet really not that responsive. No consistent pests thank god, a mouse once or twice super was there to get it out. Loved living on this street and loved being in this apt for two years.
    Cons:
    Building is dirty and smells, super isnt as responsive. Units could be renovated.
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate the units, clean the building interior and exterior.
