Requires a bit of prodding but does the job

Pros:
Reasonably priced, and when something needs serious fixing in your unit, they do it
Cons:
The common spaces are in a state of disrepair, and the building is not kept clean at all. Need to fix pests like mice and unsanitary common spaces in the hallways and trash pickup areas
