    Small and simple
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location was ideal, old ownership was responsive and fair. Apartment obviously small, but didn't really feel too cramped.
    Cons:
    Appliances were a bit old, new management take over hasn't been very smooth and seems to be on decline.
