    Mediocre apartment in LES
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good area in LES right by F train
    Never felt super unsafe
    Cons:
    Roach problem even though exterminator came once a month
    50/50 chance of hot water in the winter
    Stolen packages !!!
    Rats in garbage cans
