Convenient location, mild pest problem

Great location, quiet, and the super is very kind and responsive.
Cons:
There was a mouse issue for a bit and the landlord would not pay for an inspection.

Updated appliances. Close to Trader Joe’s, lower east side, subway, parks, Chinatown.
Cons:
Heat sometimes doesn’t work. Hallways haven’t been cleaned in what seems like 5 years. Only one door access to building which is glass
Advice to owner:
Clean the building. Fix the heat.
