Okay place to live

The location is great and the laundry works.

The apartment trash is not kept very well and there is little to no noise control.

Overpriced and a bit dirty

Pros:
- modern fixtures and washer and dryer in unit is nice
Cons:
- neighbours smoke a lot and it can be smelled from the hallways and sometimes in your apartment - garbage room is full of rats - pests in apartment were bad before getting treatment, ok afterwards - can hear the train from the bridge
