    Quiet Spot Near Edge of LES

    Pros:
    Quiet at night.
    Respectful neighbors.
    Close to plenty of bars and restaurants.
    Cons:
    Pests (cockroaches in building, rats outside)
    Walk-up
    Cozy apartment/minimal communal areas
    Limited natural light
    No ability to control heat output (overall try warm)
    Advice to owner:
    Modernize appliances and kitchen space
    Install closets in bedrooms
