Gross, can’t recommend

Pros:
Management reimbursed me fully and without issue for damage to my items and a hotel stay after a roof leak over my bed. Rent can be paid easily online, and Maurice (prop manager) is a good guy
Cons:
The hallways were always extremely dirty and never cleaned, had two types of roaches that I reported several times and they never sent someone. I lived on the top floor and there were repeated leaks in the roof.
