good starter studio

Pros

great location, in the middle of everything, roof access with great views

Cons

literally less than ten steps across the whole apt. loud train, street has lots of pests. had a roach infestation once but the building sent monthly exterminator visit and it cleared up.

Gross, can’t recommend

Pros

Management reimbursed me fully and without issue for damage to my items and a hotel stay after a roof leak over my bed. Rent can be paid easily online, and Maurice (prop manager) is a good guy

Cons

The hallways were always extremely dirty and never cleaned, had two types of roaches that I reported several times and they never sent someone. I lived on the top floor and there were repeated leaks in the roof.
