    Disturbing conditions not livable
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Location, roof view (infested with roaches though), good size bedroom
    Cons:
    Covered in black mold (that I had tested and confirmed), owner unresponsive and painted over it when he finally did come. Denial of rodent and cockroach infestation. Electricity never working, hallways falling apart
    Advice to owner:
    You need to gut and redo the building. Disturbing you let people live in those conditions especially for what you charge
