Quiet but Not Well-Maintained

Pros:
Quiet, Easy buzzer use, access to security cameras
Cons:
Faulty Elevator, Moldy washing machines, Pipes flooded, Boiler is on the fritz but landlord will not replace, loud downstairs room connected to next door building, ConEd registers a different address

Pros:
Elevator works, neighbors are pretty quiet, beautiful interior. Laundry in building.
Cons:
Pipes frequently flood, never able to contact landlord, only ever spoke to agent. Repair man doesn’t send messages. Mail sorting is awkward and does not facilitate COVID precaution. Loud neighboring building and downstairs meeting room? Laundry room charges $1.75 per load.
Advice to owner:
Charge less for laundry. Communicate directly with tenants!
