Living at 37 Orchard

Pros:
Nice location! Nice owners!
Cons:
Stairs and lobby are really dirty. There is no call box so you have to personally open the door when you have visitors or packages. Building is settling (leaning over) so the floor on my apartment at least was crooked. Some people that live here are very messy and there are alot of cockroaches.
Advice to owner:
Please hire someone to get rid of the pest and honestly fix the structural issues cause living on a slope is not fun.
