    Great location, close to downtown
    Cons:
    Subpar trash collection, stolen packages, mice

    Pros:
    Really responsive owner/management, nice apartments with good amenities. Good pest control great location
    Cons:
    Garbage could be managed better, no buzzers, loud neighbors (not management fault), heat is not great, all packages get stolen
