    it's not bad

    Pros:
    good location, unit is relatively updated
    Cons:
    roaches and have found two dead mice, radiator does not work, difficult at times to get response from building super. ability to sign up for pest control but they never give advance notice which days they're coming so if you aren't home, you have to wait until the next month. however when they do come, roach issue is much better
