Very Solid Building

Pros:
Incredible subway access. Fairly clean and well kept. Very nice finishes. In unit washer dryer. Responsive and kind management company. Affordable. Quiet (At least my unit was)
Cons:
Chinatown, local homeless / druggy population. Front door is a little loose so can be security issues at times. No finished roof.
Advice to owner:
Nothing really other than securing the front door more properly. Otherwise you guys are doing a great job.
