Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of immigrant Chinese families. Tight knit neighbors and feels really safe.
Cons:
At one point there were large rats roaming the first floor that would climb stairs and garbage cans looking for food. There’s literally no heat so good luck when winter hits.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the rat issue doesn’t happen again
