Pros:
Great location, quiet street, garbage taken out frequently, updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer in unit
Cons:
Loud upstairs neighbors (noise 24/7, sounds like they were banging the floor at all hours of the day), somewhat slow to fix issues (sometimes I had to take matters into my own hands such as fixing a major leak in the roof/window whenever it rained), no buzzer system, brick was crumbling
