Great apartment, kind landlords

Pros:
Liked the landlords and the apartment was nice and building was clean and had a community feel to it
Cons:
They raised rents a lot (however we were there during covid and had a great deal + the neighborhood was rapidly gentrifying)
And the bathroom had a weird odor coming from the vents that they never got rid of

place is good if u can get past electric bill

Pros:
bedrooms are good size for nyc standards
Cons:
heat is electric so electric bill is crazy high and insulation is also abysmal, only 1 washer/dryer, exhaust fans in shower and kitchen are terrible
