Review Summary for 67 Pitt Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant feedback for 67 Pitt Street is quite mixed. Positive remarks focus on the large bedroom sizes, quiet courtyard-facing units, and a helpful superintendent, with tenants appreciating friendly neighbors and responsive staff when available. However, significant issues include poor heating systems, outdated gas lines causing long service interruptions, and security problems like faulty front doors. Cleanliness and garbage management are inconsistent, with some describing the building as dirty and poorly managed. Rent increases during maintenance troubles have frustrated renters. Overall, responsiveness from management is a common concern, suggesting the need for improved communication and timely repairs to enhance the living experience.

A surprising sanctuary for the block and price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Jill is incredibly thoughtful and responsive, neighbors were all very nice and the bedroom was fantastically huge. Courtyard facing units like mine are also incredibly quiet for the neighborhood.
Cons:
Kitchen is quite small and virtually no counter space meant little to no cooking.

Wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location. The super was wonderful and was always available via call or text.
Cons:
It was almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at the management company.

The gas was out for almost 2 years due to outdated gas lines, but there were barely any update as to when it might get turned back on in order to use our stove. Plus, they upped the rent while this all was happening.

The front door never closed on its own, which left everyone in the building vulnerable to strangers walking in/packages being stolen.

The heating they provided was a HUGE in window heating system that only heated about 10-15 feet around it.
