Close to subway, solid kitchen, renovated bathrooms, in unit washer dryer and dishwasher
Cons:
Upstairs neighbors loud, constant bridge traffic noise

Really everything is good - def younger occupants. Well maintained - lived here 2 years without seeing a single bug.
