Good first city spot

Pros:
Close to subway, solid kitchen, renovated bathrooms, in unit washer dryer and dishwasher
Really everything is good - def younger occupants. Well maintained - lived here 2 years without seeing a single bug.
Cons:
Not much - location is a little eh
