Great apartment and location, unresponsive mgmt

Great space and location
Cons:
Management is very slow to respond, if not, unresponsive.

Great apartment - took forever to get rid of Rodents!

Space, location to LES. Not noisy
Cons:
Had to get rid of rats ourselves before mgmt did anything about it
