- Fantastic location - Above really good pizza - Sizable apartments - Rent Stabilized - Friendly Manager
- English is not the main language of most people that work on the building (i.e. super and handyman) although they are both lovely people - The hallways/ staircases are dirty and not well kept. Could absolutely use a face lift. - No Buzzer
Repaint/ redo the hallways and staircases. Maybe add a Buzzer
