Overall great experience

Pros:
Very responsive management, never saw bugs other than ants / fruit flies / the very occasional random one. No roaches!
Cons:
The heat is electric and paid through con ed and can get very expensive during the winter
Advice to owner:
Figure out how to subsidize the heat costs during winter

Wonderful Experience at this Building

Pros:
Landlord is responsive, clean unit, clean public space. Pest Management is preventative. Cool neighborhood. Responds to all my problems.
Cons:
Nothing! So far so good.
