Take the good with the bad

Pros:
Location is in the heart of LES. Spacious units with plenty of natural light. Responsive management company. Friendly and helpful super. Nice built in bookshelves
Cons:
Location comes with tons of noise. Pests were in and out but management was quick with response. Leaks from strong rain happen on occasion. No microwave
