    Quite Decent but Pricey in Winters

    Pros:
    Honestly good unit with good neighbors. Got a clean gym, clean laundry, and everything. Building feels nice, and the Mail would be safe. Elevator is a huge plus. Also the supers and management are generally very fast to respond.
    Cons:
    The heat is not included, and the windows leak. Thus that makes the winters very expensive. Unsure if it’s a building or NYC thing but the water molds up the bathrooms and kitchens quite easily.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix heat and windows. Clear up venting tunnels.
