Pros:
have lived here for a few years, hoping to live here longer as long as rent isn’t raised. patricio is super helpful and responsive and a few of the neighbors who’ve lived here for a while really like it here too.
Cons:
roach problems but its expected in lower east side

Difficult to get security deposit back. Landlord doubled the rent after we left.
