Could be worse

Pros:
Great location. The porter is nice and does a good job
Cons:
The heat is really janky. Mice inside and there are rats in the garbage area.

I love the location: right in the middle of the LES in the middle of all the nightlife
Cons:
It’s above Speedy Romeo, the pizza shop. They have super loud parties there til all hours and they do not care. They also use the laundry machines meant for residents and they make them really gross.
Advice to owner:
Just do better.
